The company reported a 12.6% increase in turnover, reaching £491.5 million, and a 46% rise in pre-tax profits to £16 million. This growth is attributed to significant project wins across various sectors, including residential, student accommodation, and later living developments .

Bermondsey Residential Scheme: A £225 million project delivering 359 homes across two buildings, featuring amenities like communal gardens and a rooftop padel court .
65 Crutched Friars Student Accommodation: A £110 million development comprising a 21-storey tower with over 700 student rooms and a permanent home for London’s Migration Museum .
