Buildings are won or lost on the record you keep.

Emilecon manages buildings, writes the inventories that settle deposit disputes, and scans the tours that let a property. One accountable name across all three, throughout Greater London.

The compliance file

Compliant is a claim. Evidenced is a defence.

A fire officer, an insurer or an environmental health inspector never asks whether the alarm was tested. They ask for the log: the date, the zone, the result, and the name of the person who signed it.

Emilecon keeps that file for every building it manages, so the evidence is already written on the day somebody finally asks to see it.

One tenancy, four fixed points

The record is only as good as the day it was made.

Day one

Full inventory and schedule of condition. Meters read, keys counted, alarms tested, every line photographed and timestamped before the tenant moves a box.

Mid tenancy

Optional interim visit. A short condition report that catches damp, leaks and damage while they are still cheap to put right.

Last day

Check-out compared against the check-in report line by line, with fair wear and tear separated from damage and each difference evidenced.

Deposit

A schedule of dilapidations your team can hand straight to the deposit scheme, without rewriting it or hunting for photographs.

3D virtual tours

Let the market walk the property before anyone drives across London.

A scanned tour lets a tenant or buyer move through the property at midnight from another city, check the alcove against the floor plan, and arrive at the viewing already sure. Fewer wasted appointments, shorter voids, and a listing that holds attention while the rest scroll past.

  • A navigable tour and a measured floor plan from the same visit
  • Embeds on your own site, and on any portal that accepts a tour link
  • Doubles as a dated visual record at the start of the tenancy
  • Scanned alongside the inventory, so the tenant is disturbed once
